Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm its receipt. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the corresponding credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days, as per our return policy.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products. These items are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

7. Refund Processing Time

Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return. Refunds may take longer to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
